VVMZ / Property Slovakia (VVMZ) is a real estate development and consultancy company formed and active in Slovakia since 1994 for the purpose of creating and capitalizing upon a range of real estate opportunities. The principles of VVMZ have extensive experience with all aspects of the real estate industry, including the land entitlement process, land development, regional and state regulatory permitting and general construction.

Since its inception, VVMZ has successfully acquired and managed over 1,000,000 sqm (100 hectares) of land for different project. These projects which range from the entitlement and sale of undeveloped land to the development and sale of fully graded “ready to go” lots are located throughout Slovakia.

At present VVMZ develops over 400,000 sqm of land for residential and industrial purposes (see also “references”).

VVMZ is a full services real estate development company dedicating to creating quality projects and communities. VVMZ has structured the project acquisition in 2 ways:
1. Purchase the property from the landowner, often in close cooperation with external investors/financial partners, and then process the entitlements and permits and develop and subsequently sell the project to (private) end-users or homebuilders. VVMZ and its investors/financial partners receive all the value that is added through the entitlement and development process.
2. VVMZ enters into a longer term cooperation with the landowner whereby VVMZ processes entitlements, permits and fully develops the project at its own expenses. Upon sale the landowner and VVMZ share the value added on a predetermined basis.
